The Enhancement of the Proposal and the Application of the Project Management Methods for the Specific Project.

Diplomová práce je věnována aplikaci metod a nástrojů projektového řízení v rámci projektu “You2ber Life!”. Kapitola 1 studovala teoretické základy projektového řízení a jeho metod. Kapitola 2 hodnotí (současná situace, udržitelnost události, konkurenci a shrnutí poznatků získaných pro zlepšení v příštích letech). Kapitola 3 simuluje (finanční analýzu a návrh rozpočtu), definuje (cíl SMART, WBS a řízení času pomocí Ganttova diagramu), vysvětluje (význam lidských zdrojů při řízení projektů), objasňuje (význam lidských zdrojů při řízení projektů), vyhodnocuje (rizika) a skládá se z návrhů platných pro projekt “You2ber Life!”. Nicméně, po úpravách může být použita i v příštích letech.

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na praktické využití metod projektového managementu pro návrh řešení projektu Okruhové Dny. Práce je nejprve zaměřena na specifikaci teoretických poznatků dané problematiky, načež navazuje analýzou současného prostředí firmy. Na základě těchto výstupů a specifik je posléze vytvořen i samotný návrh řešení projektu. Cílem této magisterské práce je vytvořit podrobný popis a plán projektu, který slouží zejména ke zkvalitnění projektového řízení ve firmě, jakožto projektu samého.

The content of this bachelor thesis is the use of project management tools in the selection and implementation of an information system for the HR department in Topforsport s.r.o. This thesis is divided into three parts. In the first part the basic concepts necessary for understanding and subsequent elaboration of this thesis are presented. In the second part, an analysis of the current state of the company is made. The last part of the thesis is devoted to the actual project design, its processing and evaluation of benefits.

Bakalářská práce pojednává o využitím nástrojů projektového managementu v konkrétní společnosti působící v odvětví informačních technologií. Projekt, kterým se práce zabývá, je zaměřený na integraci duplicitních systémů vzniklých na základě sloučení dvou společností za pomoci využití metodiky PRINCE2. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. V první části jsou popsány teoretické metody a postupy použité pro zpracování práce. Ve druhé části je analyzován současný stav společnosti a výchozí informace k projektu. Práce je zakončena třetí částí, která obsahuje praktické využití metod pro návrh projektu a zhodnocení přínosů pro společnost.

Stuttering - a Proposal of a Complex Diagnostic-Therapeutic Programme for Adults who Stutter with an Emphasis on Desensitization, Relapse and Follow-up Care

The aim of this dissertation thesis is to develop a complex diagnostic-therapeutic programme for adults who stutter. The thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part consists of 4 chapters and is based on an analysis of foreign and Czech specialized literature, studies and electronic media. This part presents the theoretical basis of the dissertation and shows the topic of stuttering from a broader perspective. It describes how people who stutter (PWS) are affected by this disorder, its effect on speech, how PWS try to cope with it and how their perception, opinions and feelings change. The dissertation describes stuttering in children, adolescents and adults. It deals with the critical period of the onset of stuttering by specifying various risk factors. It also includes a description of other fluency disorders. A special attention is paid to the personality of the therapist and his/her impact on the therapy process. The dissertation also explains the application of ICF (International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health) model as a starting point for diagnosis and therapy of PWS as proposed by Yaruss and Quesal (2004).
